We suggest the following:

  1. Step 1:
    Please Enter the PAN Number ,Period in YY-YY for which the FORM-16A is needed and Click on Submit Button.
  2. Step 2:
    One time Password  will be sent to your registered mobile number, Please enter the same & get the OTP validated.
  3. Step 3:
    Once OTP is validated  you will be able to successfully download  Form 16A  file
  4. Important Note:
    Customers having multiple Cust Ids  will not be able to generate  Form 16A  file
